Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crème Haus, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we create. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong item.

Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@creme-company.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Return Eligibility (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
If your return is approved, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@creme-company.com.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return (damaged or incorrect), once approved, you may place a new order for your desired item.

  • All sales are final unless due to shipping damage or incorrect items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
